How to fit your Vision RideGuard

1. Remove the zip ties and thread them through the slots from the rear to the front. Slide your RideGuard under the front fork, position 5-10mm above the tyre, and make a note of the position of the zip ties, before removing the guard.

2. Apply clear Heli-Tape to fork legs where zip ties will sit, then fold your Storm Fin down (push the center fin all the way down between the side fins).

3. Slide the guard back under your forks, then loosely loop the zip ties around your fork legs. Level your guard (ensuring zip ties are positioned at the same height on the fork legs and on top of the Heli-Tape), before tightening.

For maximum protection, push the ‘Storm Fin’ down so it’s 1-2mm above your tyre.

3. For an extra secure fit (or for bikes with tight clearance), push out the desired slots in the top of your guard and position tight to the fork crown. Tighten zip ties around your fork crown, followed by zip ties around your fork legs. Trim the excess ties and recycle.

Important: ensure your wheel rotates freely by lifting the front of your bike and spinning the front wheel. If the guard rubs on any point of your tyre or wheel, adjust the zip ties until there is no contact. Do not use your guard if you are unable to adjust and your front wheel is still coming in contact

That's it, your all done - get out and ride!
